AC induction motor speed control?

I want a speed control for an AC induction motor on a bench grinder. I can't find anything commercially available.

I can build it if I can find the schematic.

120V AC 3-4 amps 1 phase motor with starter trilby.
4 wires into motor - 2 for cap, 2 for power.
within is also one tap to power 2 12volt bulbs.
