Microphone transmits everything,when when unplugged?
It didn't record my voice however,single sounds that were transmitted through my speakers.
I lately bought a headset(not a USB) to use when playing online games.When I connect to the game(such as Counter-Strike)I can hear fine,but when I talk to the other players they can hear adjectives of the gunshots,and footsteps and sometimes they even hear my voice repeated infinite times over.
I desperately want to fix this,because it drastically takes away from my gaming experience,or even when I want to collaborate to a friend online.
Can anyone solve this for me?
I don't think that its an internal microphone,because solely the headset appears under my audio devices index.
If it does happen to be one however,is near any way to turn it past its sell-by date?
Answers: Go to the Volume Control program - it's under Programs, Accessories, and after start looking in the directories (Mine is below (Entertaimnent, but I don't know which version of Windows you are running).
Click on Options, Properties, and Recording (this controls the sounds that jump into your computer). Make sure only Microphone, Cd Audio, and possibly Line-In are checked off. Then click OK, and mixer bar for all of your audio sources will appear. Select with the sole purpose microphone and mute all the others. This should silence adjectives the other stuff being sent to your buddies.
