Some Information/Help on a Number that someone recieved a TEXT messsage from. [Not a call]?

Alright, here's the low down.

My brother's Girlfriend recieved some sort of a strange, disturbing message from an unknown number. [Well, to her knowledge.]

The number of the sender be:
" 3060001 "

If anyone knows any possible agency to find out who this is or know of this, please give some aid.

The message was surrounded by Spanish, as she is Spanish, and was disturbing. They don't know what to do and okay, I'd like to catch some help beside this.

Thanks to all who can contribute.

Answers:    If its disturbing as surrounded by threatening or harrassing, contact the authorities, as they would likely be the simply ones who could accurately trace a cell phone number to the person(unless the provider could tell you)
if it is smaller amount serious than that, try calling the person within the middle of the night, or while they are at institution, sometime when they wouldn't answer there phone and you could hear who's voicemail it is.

EDIT
7 digit number, it couldn't enjoy been from a phone later
are you sure its not 3060001@randomwebsite.com?
If the message was threatening, report it to the authorities urgently, they could trace it
otherwise, maybe its best newly to let it be in motion, unless it was terrifically serious
