That have freshly a little plastic lump in the middle, and it go back and forth errant fast and it shows the time and a message.


Answers:    I don't know if near is an official label for them. But informally they're called "persistance of hallucination clocks".

Although they seem to also be set as Fantazein clocks. I assume this is a manufacture's name?
