Answers: You can't download other programs onto the iPod touch as of yet. I know you can read and distribute email, but you can't access AOL accounts because it requires additional software. I haven't have any problems with my hotmail or yahoo email accounts using my iPod touch.
AIM will not work on an iPod touch.
