Why is near a time difficulty between reception on my wipe radio and the radio I listen to on Virgin Media cable?
Answers: on a digital radio the sound go through a chip to get purified. so its other half a sentence or partly a song lyric behind. thats the best explanation i can grant
I don't know what dab radio is, nor Virgin Media cable. But apparently one must seizure and re-broadcast the signals.
For example, in TV, a station may broacast directly over the air, but a cable TV company will also occupation it and combine it with the other stations that it provides to its customers. If you be to have a TV connected to an antenna, and another TV supplied by cable TV, you'd make out a definite adjournment in the cable reception due to the process surrounded by capturing and re-broadcasting it.
Depending on the complexity, such a deferral could be simply milliseconds, resembling more of an echo, or maybe a minute or more.
There is effectively a processing delay. The signal requirements to be decoded by your set-top box. On Sky Digital I am told it can nick upto 2 seconds.
