Why isnt my fog piece of equipment working!?

I just bought it and it doesnt work at adjectives please help

Yeah , fill it next to the "fog juice" , and let it thaw out up for about 10-15 minutes. If THAT doesn't work , after you either hold a faulty pump , or button. Maybe some parts are missing. If it doesn't work , hold it back.
