Are earpiece considered an electronic device??

because in my university no electronics are allowed. if they see it they take it and u own to pick it up later. but if they see telephone, but i have the ipod inside my pocket not perceptible at all, are phone still considered electronics devices??

Answers:    Sweetheart, they won't work with out the battery in the ipod - so yeah electronic.
You're not one sneaky. If they see you with earphones they're not going to think you're doing it to be smart. They will know you're listen to your music. Teachers aren't stupid and you kids aren't tricky, either.
Technically, earphones are not electronic. But if a security guard or anything sees you, HE IS NOT AN IDIOT, he will help yourself to your ipod away. and your headphones too.
