What is better for making electronic music, a midi controller or synthesizer?

Answers:    A midi controller usually do not own any sound, they are just intended to transmit MIDI data information to a nouns generator.

A sound generator can be a physical synthesizer, a soft synth, a nouns module or so on...

It is cheaper to buy a midi controller and then using soft synths. Z3ta, Zebra and FM8 are markedly good for electronica.

I strongly suggest you the Creative Xboard-61, it comes next to software and a high-end softsynth (E-mu Proteus X)
Better will be to have both!!
