I have a tom tom 510. The problem is that the green feathery is on, but the screen will not turn on and when it does finally carry going it turns its self off after a moment. The indicator says the the part is charging but it doesnt charge. Is this the end for my tom tom or is it an smooth fix??

hi if you do a system reset on it will be fine, static causes them to do this every in a minute and then.
if u look beneath it where the component dock goes within there is a tiny hole beside it. if u use a paperclip u can reset here. hold the power button within when u do this - u need to hold the 2 together for 10 second . this will resolve the problem
