230 - 240VAC 50Hz adapter use on 220V Thailand?

I brought a flatbed scanner from Singapore with 230 - 240VAC 50Hz power adapter. I would similar to bring it back to Thailand where on earth power is 220V 50Hz.

Can any electrical experts tell me whether it is nontoxic to use it in Thailand? Do I own to buy a transformer/converter? Thanks

Answers:    I don't think nearby will be a problem. 220V may actually be 230V too if you will gauge it.
No need to buy anything. It is totally undisruptive. Your device will work anything between 180V-250V.
