i downloaded many FLV files from Veoh.... however, it doesn't nouns on Window Player? do i have to install some program to spectacle it?

Window Player has no flv codec, you should convert flv to wmv to play within Window Player, you can use Moyea FLV to Video Converter by searching flv to video converter
