i have basically got a lipo mobile charger from ebay and i want to run it of the mains power but it say on the box if i am using a ac power source i need it to be " no smaller amount than 10a at 12 to 15v dc if you use a power source whose current output is less than the charging current you may defacement the charger " so i just want something i can plug surrounded by the mains and charge contained by the house instead of charging in the saloon all the time

You just stipulation a 13.8 VDC,10 amp power supply. Most power supplies that are called 12 VDC truly run at about this voltage. You should know how to get one from Radio Shack or a local ham or 2-way radio shop. I assume the charger have a cigarette lighter style connector on it so pick up a mating connector to connect to the power supply to plug the charger surrounded by.
