Are GPS devices compatible beside 'non-electric' cars?

I have a 01 Toyota Corolla--the cheapest one--that does NOT own power windows/door locks. Does this matter when installing a GPS device, such as Tom-Tom? Thanks!

Answers:    No, as long as you enjoy cigar socket to plug in the adaptor/charger your GPS device will work fine. Technically, smaller number electrical operating vehicle is better than more electrical due to noise/interference.
