Digital multimeter DT9205A nought setting?
Answers: Most digital meters do not own a means to zilch them. It should have be calibrated at the time it be manufactured. In my experience with multi-meters, you get hold of what you pay for. My warning would be to purchase a different meter. The one you have is probably not serviceable. It would cost more to own it repaired or tested than it would to buy a new meter. I enjoy purchased meters through Radio Shack before and have good luck.
If you want a meter to be precise sure to be accurate, Fluke makes the most reliable and accurate meters out near. If you use the meter frequently and you are willing to spend the extra money, I outstandingly recommend Fluke.
do you have the lead touching each other? (this would ensure that not anything vac exists between them.
Also, are you sure of where the decimal point is (for example, 0.15 or 0.20 vac is not a big agreement ... if you're on the scale to test 100 or 200 vac)
