Recording conversations and transferring them to computer?

I attend a lot of meeting at work. I want to start recording them and after transfer the audio to my computer as MP3s. Are nearby any gadgets that can abet me to do this?

By the way, yeah, everybody surrounded by my small team is OK near this. But I still want something unobtrusive or undetectable so that people don't be aware of that they're speaking into a recorder all the time. :)
