What is the difference between aux contained by and mic surrounded by?
bypass that complete step instead of wasting a cd.
So anyway, I'd like to only put the songs on my zen and record sour of
that. Only thing is I'm not 100% positive that mic contained by will be a suitable
substitute for aux in, or if it will a moment ago short everything out if I even
try. So anyway, would it be safe to plug my mp3 player into the mic within port of the radio, and if so will it work at least technically well?
Answers: mono(mic) vs. stereo (aux)
The aux surrounded by or out port is designed for 1 volt at 10 k ohms. Mics have heaps different impedances, from 50 ohms to 50 k ohms depending on the make and model. But mic level are very low, usually contained by the millivolt range. Plugging an aux output into a mic input will probably overdrive the mic input circuit and spawn the audio sound outstandingly bad. But you can try it and see. If it doesn't work merely erase the tape.
