STRAATEN RoboVac : Product of Poor Quqlity distributed by American Appliances Ptd Ltd?

I would like to relate my doomed to failure experiences on this purchase and would like to hope the authority ( CASE?) to help me out to address this. Secondly, I would close to the public to aware of this product of poor quality to be exact still selling in Singapore Store.

In rash this year, I purchased this STRAATEN RoboVac - a automatic vaccum cleaner .
However, just since a month of usage, it was fault and need to dispatch for repair.
I went down and catch to repair and promised that the new one is of apposite condition.

But, within weeks, I call for to go down again as it be faulted again. I be explained by them that it was due to design fault.
They again send me a clean one temporary for usage.
This go on and on for more than 7 times of exchange/repairs.

I was impressively frustrated and ask for a refund and claim of my transport but this be refused by the American Appliances Pte Ltd.

Question:

1. Can I procure a refund due to their blemished products which was still not resolved till to date? Who can give support to me
