The DVD recorder is a SONY RDRGX350B. The DVD's play on the dvd player fine. Whenever I try to open them on my PC it encounter an error. Anyone know what I am doing wrong?

Answers:    Are you sure you're finalizing the disc?
There should be an option to finalize the disc somewhere within your DVD player's menu. (You should be able to find adjectives the info you need contained by your player's manual.) Most record discs won't play in other DVD players unless they are finalized.
You inevitability softward called dvd decoder similar to Roxio, you can download online and may cost lb10.00 approx. There are a few to choose from on Microsoft help and support site.
