My tape is stuck contained by the VCR and it won't pop back out when I press the eject button. How can I obtain my tape pay for out without ruining the VCR and my cassette?
Answers: Take the outer cover off the vcr. On the side of the cartridge will be a geared wheel. Turn the rudder to manually eject the tape. Replace the cover.
FIRST TRY PLAYING IT.....IF IT PLAYS THEN HIT STOP AND THEN EJECT....IF NOT TRY TO SLIP A KNIFE UNDER THE CASSETTE AND GENTLY LIFT ON IT AND USE IT TO LIFT THE TAPE OUT...IF ALL ELSE FAILS TAKE THE COVER OFF AND JUST REMOVE IT..
