DVD REGION NTCS what does this plan?
Answers: I believe it's a typo of NTSC. That's the North American region label. It's probably Region 1 also (Europe is locked out along next to the rest of the Eastern Hemisphere.)
It probably won't work, as Europe runs on the PAL system, or it will be really distorted on-screen.
