Does anyone else hold time warner cable?
Answers: I am so fed up near Time Warner right now. Their customer service is ridiculous and the workers seem hugely incompetent. I had to keep on over 2 weeks to have my cable installed after they cancelled 2 appointments lacking even telling me. So, I withered my time and waited for 2 total days. Then the third time, they finally came, at 8:20pm. Time Warner installers didn't even come, it be contracted workers. Well, surprise surprise - they didn't even install the right service. I get 16 channel instead of 70 something. And, every time I talk to someone at Time Warner, they impart me a different price quote. One guy told me I would get a $20 credit but I hold yet to see it. Another guy told me he would pinch off the installation/reconnection levy, but guess what? I had to salary the fee anyways. And also since they set it up, my remote pipe button does not work at all. Every other button works and other had worked, but in a minute the only bearing I can flip channels is by punching the numbers contained by.
If you can deal near the worse customer service ever, then Time Warner might be a appropriate fit. Otherwise, they suck. I'm in duplicate boat as you though. Time Warner is my only alternative.
