Bluetooth is just a totally low powered FM radio transmitter/receiver. It simply uses a radio frequency to relay information from one Bluetooth device to another one.
It cannot be any more dangerous than using a portable FM radio.

The world is crowded near electromagnetic fields of adjectives kinds. Why would cewll phones surrounded by particular be unsafe?
