Answers: I have a Japanese friend who I met when she come to the U.S. as an exchange student.
Now that she's returned to her country, she sends me occasional packages...
Obviously, if your sister's into anime/manga/video games, there's an enormous flea market for that there.
Personally, I close to Japanese food, especially chocolate. You can probably find some tasty, funny, or a short time ago plain weird treats that she might resembling.
There's also a lot of cute stationary available, as okay as accessories - pen, purses, etc.
Of course, it all depends on what your sister's interested surrounded by. : )
