Line 6 TonePort UX1 (video w/ audio recording)?
So any suggestions on what the problem may be? I am thinking it may be the ram issue, as the camera itself is not of poor element. I am running on a 2.8GHz Pentium 4 single-core processor with 512 ddr of push.

Answers: It's feasible a problem with buffering - the cache space for video will probably be much larger than audio, so the video cache will be holding more information and line behind. I am curious if it is purely an issue while recording - It may in recent times be a problem during monitoring but playback will be fine.
I am not familiar beside Windows Movie Maker but you should check preferences to see if there's an option to alteration the buffer size when loading in video. If near is, experiment with different buffer sizes to see if the latency change. You may have to upgrade to more professional software earlier you see those options.
Another possible culprit is buss power if the camera and TonePort are running into the computer's onboard USB and firewire ports - but you would probably be seeing latency near both if this was the crust. I would try an external firewire card (if your camera is running firewire)... if both are running USB, I would try one in the computer's port and another surrounded by an external port, and reverse to see if the latency is the same.
I would bet it's not an issue next to the TonePort itself, but if you do have any issues, the forums on Line6's website are highly helpful (and monitored by their tech support).
