How to play mini DVDs on my computer?

i have mini DVD discs that have been finalized, they play on the regular DVD player and the playstation- but not on my computer. i want to to download the contents to youtube. can anyone help me?
Answer: As long as your computer is playing store-bought DVD's, then you already have the software installed to play a DVD on your hard drive. The problem here is that your home-burned DVD doesn't have any autoplay feature, so it's not gonna play just because you've inserted it into your drive.

You're gonna have to go to My Computer, then click on your DVD drive (it will probably be either the :D or :E drive), with the disk in the drive, of course. That will "open" the disk, and your DVD playing software SHOULD take over from there. If not, you may have to navigate to the .VOB file(s) on the disk, and double-click on them individually.
just place them in the tray .It should ask for any needed software
Are you sure you have a DVD player? CD player won't work...
