I was told that surrounded by one of those big, flashlight batterys 6 volts ones, inside they have any 24 or 36 or some number of AA batterys. All you have to do, is cart the lable off, pry the top rotten, and snip 2 wires, and pull adjectives the baterys out. True??

Out of curiosity, I've cut a few of those 6 volt lantern batteries expand. The ones I looked at had FOUR 1 1/2 volt cell wired in series to bring six volts. But different makes may okay stuff the insides with AA's, but it would be an expensive track to make a lantern battery-operated.
