Recharging Batteries?

i use my battery charger everyday, and every immediately and again my batteries explode, departing acid around them. Is their a bearing to stop this??(i'm talking AA, AAA, C, D battery not car battery.)

Answers:    Yes, don't charge them so much. You can also buy a battery charger that shuts itself stale when the charge is complete.
I hope you are charging 'rechargeable' batteries, not alkaline battery.!! I don't like the rechargeable type, since they produce a lower voltage right out of the box. (A 1.5V. rechargeable give you 1.2 if you're lucky.) So two rechargeable in series give you 2.4 Volts...alkaline, 3.0 volts.!
