89 won't turn on and i've tried everything.. current battery-operated, adjectives the resets.. nought?

the battery be running out when i was using it..
it turned past its sell-by date.. then never turned on again
i've changed adjectives batteries, including the spinal column up.. still nothing
i've tried adjectives the methods that i have found online and still nothin..
PLEASE HELP!!
