Are Yamaha (or any other brand) keyboards compatible beside European voltage and US voltage?

I would like to purchase a upright or electronic piano and I am currently living in Europe. But I want to be sure I can afterwards use it when I return to the US. Many electronics (Apple iMac for instance) have converters that allow them to switch, no issue. Does anyone own any info about whether or not this is possible for electronic keyboards? Thanks!

Answers:    In that Yamaha keyboards ultimately operate from a DC voltage, yes, they are compatible surrounded by Europe and the U.S. The problem is the AC adapter that plugs into the Yamaha. THOSE are not compatible and you'll need to buy different ones, depending on location.
