The reset button above the test button will not press down, at hand fore my straightener does not turn on. It's brand new and I enjoy never dropped it or anything.
Answers: The reset button is called a GFI circuit breaker, and it's supposed to trip if electricity isn't one returned to the plug - the GFI figures the power is individual grounded away, as if the straightener has be dropped into a bathtub or something.
