Why can't I hear voice on a DVD movie?

I can see it and I can hear music and sound effects, but for some rationale, voices aren't showing up!

Answers:    There are a couple of different things you can check. First, if you own your DVD player hooked up component(Red, White, and Yellow) make sure that both the red and the white cable are plugged in. If they are not, you will entail to get a RCA splitter to combine both the red and the white into one input. Second, if both cable are plugged in, it may be a setting contained by the DVD player. Turn on your player, and have no disc contained by it. Press the Setup button on the remote. There should be an Audio option within the menu. What you are looking to change is PCM to Bitstream. It might own a setting labeled as RAW. You should change this to Bitstream. If that does not work I would examination the disc in a different DVD player. If it does matching thing contained by another player it is an issue with the disc. If it does not contact your capitalist.
check the balance of the input device ...if it have one
