What is a free movie converter I can download? (mac os x 10.5) anything to mp4?

I want to put some movies on PSP, and i need to convert m4v to PSP. Any angelic free converter for mac os x?

Its free and even better its a full variation and not a trial :) It works perfectly and have presets for all kind of devices that automatically convert the movie in the correct path for that device including the psp.
