Are near any GPS systems that don't require the cigar outlet surrounded by your vehicle?

my car have the cigar outlet, but does not work and unfortunately can't be replaced. So i be wondering if there be any GPS systems that don't require the outlet in directive to work. ONLY SERIOUS ANSWERS PLEASE.
