How do I convert blinking string lights?

I have some halloween string lights that vote they're convertable from flashing to not, but the box doesn't say how. I plugged them contained by this year and now they flash. They haven't done that previously.
Anyone know how I can get them to a short time ago stay on and not blink?


Answers:    If there is no control box fundamental the plug, try unplugging them and plugging them back within. Sometimes this will cycle through different types of operations.
