For live sound, I am useing a Roland VS-880 for tracks. ande useing a Yamaha 01v96 Mixer next to four live singers. how do i set this up with a sequencer for automating my mixes? Any sustain is VERY aprerciated, Thanks.
Answers: It depends whether there will be record tracks on the vs-880. If this is the case, this one must be the master MIDI device. Then you enjoy to program on the mc-50 all the events, including effects switch on the vs-800 if you need them.
If in that is nothing record on the vs-880 I would set the mc-50 as the master MIDI device. Hope this help.
