But It doesn't play videos, It said it needed .Avi video "video clip" I coverted a short video to .avi "video clip" next it said "file err" later goes stale. How can I play videos on it?

Answers: I had this same problem beside an ogg/mp3 player that I bought (which is wonderful, btw), turns out the movies have to be surrounded by a specific format, it was PIXTREE for mine, check the documentation and website for yours.
