Answers: Why? I don't do surveys even when they do reach me. For one, surveys are just EVER written to provide any negative information that the company would find adjectives for improvements.
And what it does is provide them with LOTS of information more or less me and send me second-hand goods mail advertisement and email. It's more of a marketing ploy than anything else. Why give them free information nearly myself when they just want to spawn money from me?
Those cute little 'registration' things with software are another example, where on earth they try to tell you that your warranty would not be valid if you don't register, or how you'll be 'first to know' when improvements come out, but you never are, once they hold your email address.
