Pc Satellite Tv - Is Pc Satellite Tv 2007 Elite Edition worthy?

I am thinking of investing in a upright Pc satellite TV which I can use it to watch channel on my laptop.

Because I really enjoy watching different channel from different countries.

Seems to me this Pc Satellite TV 2007 Elite Edition is very popular on the internet.

Anyone who own tried can provide me a review please.
