Answers: You can use a voltmeter and a resistor.
Add the resistor(1 OHM, wattage should be enough to knob the current) in series to the circuit you want to examination. Measure the voltage across the resistor then apply Ohm's imperative. V=IR.
Say, the voltage is 0.1V, the current is 100mA.
