If i sign out laptop charger plugged contained by the wall does it still give somebody a lift power ?
Answers: yes, the power transformer will still suck power. Same go for cell phone charges and basically any entry with a transformer surrounded by it. Weather it's being used or not. If your power strip have a switch you can conveniently turn everything plugged into it off for solid.
