Zoombox problems...?

Ok I just get a zoombox of of eBay and the game point works fine but when I turned it on to play a DVD in the little slot it wouldn't work. Like the zombox itself works fine but the disc won't spin at adjectives and when I turn it on the Tiger Electronics screen doesn't turn on. It's basically a blank white screen. Help?
