What electronic device should I buy beside approx. $500?

I really cannot decide what to do near some newly gain money. Here are some of the options I own been thinking roughly speaking...

1) 40gb PS3 --
Cons: I dont have tons of time to play games plus I already enjoy a wii
Pros: a hd player would get closely of use

2) Asus EEE pc
Pros: Would bring quite a bit of use near school work
Cons: Need to dally for newer version w/ xp and larger peak that is released Q2

3) Save it

4) Wait for the subsequent new load of cell phones

5) any of your suggestions


Answers:    If u want to spend money just to spend it and don't. Save it cos I don`t know later u will realy stipulation the money for something very momentous. But if u have too much and u realy want to spend some consequently give it to poor those.
get a voyager, hd dvd player

anything u do, do NOT get a ps3. debris of money. if u r going 2 get a console, capture a 360 elite or premium (optional more hd dvd player with the premium)
