1947 Bendix 676D Console Radio, What is a generous selling price?

I have a radio that be made by Bendix Aviation in 1947. It have all inspired guts and speakers. However their is no way to trial if it works cause the plug be cut off. I would christen it in overall V-Good condition. Does anyone know if this piece is worth $10 or $1000? I have no clue but I do enjoy a buyer if the price is remotely fair. Can someone dispense me a ballpark figure or a place to find out on the pattern?

Answers:    Going to be a very unyielding sell for you. I couldn't find one online anywhere to compare it to. Best bet is to steal it to an antiques dealer (or several) and gain appraisals. However with the plug cut bad and it obviously out of order, it'd be better off contained by the city dump.
