can i download the drum beat from a song and afterwards then put it on the drum device ...Basicly can i put beats from the notebook on the sr 16?
Answers: The SR-16 has it's own internal sounds, so you can't download your own sounds. The HR-16 uses EPROM chips and you can burn your own sample to those (however, it is tricky). You can play midi beats and rhythms from you computer on the SR-16 using a midi sequencer and a midi interface for the PC. In suggestion, these could be recorded into the SR-16 for stand alone use.
