Is here anywhere I can download map of Israel for a Gramin GPA?

My pastor has a Garmin GPS and is planning a trip to Israel. Garmin have told us that they do not issue maps for Israel, but that at hand are several third-party companies that do. Does anyone know where I can achieve one of these?
