I would also like to take home up beats for my own songs. I required to find more of a hip-hop beat, but I tried pop and that hip-hop and it wasn't what I be looking for.
If I don't have the right piano what type would I want for the beats to nouns like hip-hop or something ancestors would listen to todayish or to make up my own beat for my own song?

Answers: You said it is a CASIO and nil else(model,year) so I can't tell you if it can play MIDI files or if it have MIDI inputs/outputs.
If it does you can use a MIDI editor software to make your own rhythms and afterwards record them into the the ivories with the MIDI inputs from your PC!!
