How can I hang on to others from audible range my music?

I'm in a computer lab and I'm trying to listen to music on YouTube. I've get headphones hooked up, so that others won't be disturbed. Unfortunately, though, they can still hear it. What can I do to hold them from hearing it?


Answers:    the place where on earth you are plugging in the phone isn't the only place the nouns is coming out. That usually happens next to the headphone outputs on the front of computers because the sound card doesn't certify any audio outs other than what it physically have. Try using the speaker output on the back of the computer sooner (only if it won't get you contained by trouble - and definitely don't mess next to any other cables). That will plug you directly into the sound card and fix your problem.

Another hypothesis would be to turn down the master volume (usually found on the desktop or a button on the keyboard) and then, using the receiver in matching audio out you were using up to that time, locate any volume buttons or dials. You may not even need it, as that output may hold a set volume it'll play at.

gain the in-ear earphones... cheap, over the ear telephone reflect abundantly of the sound away from your ears to others... in-ear headset pretty much direct the sound right into your ear... someone would own to practically put their ear next to yours to hear your music
