Is here anyway to block a number from your cell phone?

In the past month, my sister have been taking my phone contained by the middle of the night and calling a bunch a populace. I didn't realize she was doing this til a week next. Now that all these relations who my she shouldn't be talking to have my number. I keep getting call at 2, 3, 4 even 5 in the morning! I am tired of it and immediately I'm hiding my phone from her but I still have citizens calling me. Is there anyway to block these nation so they don't call me anymore? I close to to have a full night sleep and can't tell how heaps times I woken up in the middle of the dark with my phone ringing. IT"S ANNOYING!

Answers:    ill-fatedly, there is no system to block someone from calling one's phone. This is because the system works on the idea of a free and un-hampered exchange of ideas, no concern what happens, one have to be able to contact anyone for any justification -it might be best to talk to your sister and make clear to her that you'll be changing a alien number or sim so she'd better tell her friends to beckon her directly instead of calling you.
I've been questioning that answer for months becuase of a similar problem, and the answer is no. Just report it to the police.
