Thank you for looking. I just bought a 42" toshiba regza lcd tv, and hooked it up to the cable company's HD heir. The problem is that non of the channels look close to they are in HD. What is going on? When I didnt enjoy the cable box, and programmed the tv to look for channels it found a couple of hd channel which looked really good. Why isnt my hd heir showing any channels within hd if it is an hd receiver. I hold it hooked up through a hd component cable. My tv supports up to 1080p. Please help. Thank you
Answers: lots of reason have you programmed you box to broadcast the signal within 720p/i and 1080p/i. are you hooked with a dvi or hdmi cable.
